About ZILCH

Born from frustration. Built for freedom.

For too long, mainstream e-MTB brands have left bigger riders behind. Weight limits. Small batteries. Underpowered motors. Bikes built for “average” riders, with no thought for those who don’t fit the mould.

ZILCH was created to change that.

Basic design is a swing-link 4 bar rear suspension. It uses a horst link by the rear axle and a short yoke to drive the shock. This is the most successful rear suspension design in MTB history, it generally pedals well, brakes well, stays stable and has no in-built bad habits. The pivots are well placed in this design also.
